About Plane
Plane is an open-source project management tool for teams that need to track issues, run cycles, plan product work, and keep projects organized. It is built to handle tasks, docs, and triage without forcing teams into a proprietary workflow.
It includes Work Items with a rich text editor, file uploads, sub-properties, and related issue references. Cycles add burndown charts, Modules break larger projects into smaller parts, Views let you filter and share issue lists, Pages provide AI-capable notes with a rich text editor, and Analytics shows real-time insights across Plane data.
Plane is available on Plane Cloud, as self-hosted software on your own servers, and in air-gapped environments. Instance admins can configure instance settings with God mode. The project is licensed under GNU AGPL v3.0.
