About tududi

tududi is a task management app for organizing life and work with tasks, projects, areas, notes, and tags. It is built for people who want a clear structure for daily work, recurring follow-ups, and a place to keep related notes with the same system.

It supports subtasks, recurring tasks with daily, weekly, monthly, and custom intervals, and task views such as Today, Upcoming, and Someday. It also includes project sharing and collaboration, Telegram task capture and daily digests, an open API with access tokens, OIDC and SSO, and CalDAV synchronization with bidirectional sync, conflict detection, and RRULE support.

The open-source version can be self-hosted, and a hosted subscription is also available. The app offers Docker-based startup, uses MIT license, and supports 24 languages. It integrates with OIDC providers including Google, Okta, Keycloak, Authentik, PocketID, and Azure AD, and CalDAV clients including tasks.org, Apple Reminders, Thunderbird, and Evolution.
