About Leantime
Leantime is an open source project management system for non-project managers. It focuses on goals and combines strategy, planning, and execution so teams can connect high-level direction to day-to-day work in one web app. It is built with ADHD, dyslexia, and autism in mind.
Work runs across kanban, Gantt, table, list, and calendar views, with sprints, milestones, goals, retrospectives, and timesheets alongside wikis and strategy canvases. Leantime can be extended by building plugins, using its JSON-RPC API, or installing add-ons from the marketplace. Every one of these capabilities ships in the open source version.
Leantime is self-hostable with PHP 8.2+, MySQL 8.0+ or MariaDB 10.6+, and Apache or Nginx; IIS can work with modifications. Production installs can use a local server or the official Docker image. Leantime also offers managed hosting, a SaaS product, installation services, and support plans.
