About Grafana
Grafana is an open-source platform for monitoring and observability. It lets you query, visualize, alert on, and understand metrics no matter where they are stored, and it is built to create, explore, and share dashboards with a team.
It provides client-side visualizations, dynamic dashboards with template variables, ad-hoc query exploration, and side-by-side comparison across time ranges, queries, and data sources. Logs can be explored with preserved label filters, and alert rules can send notifications to systems like Slack, PagerDuty, VictorOps, and OpsGenie. Different data sources can be mixed in the same graph, including custom datasources.
Grafana is distributed under AGPL-3.0-only, with Apache-2.0 exceptions for some parts. It is maintained by Grafana Labs and has installation options through Grafana's website, with a live demo available on play.grafana.org.
