Frappe Helpdesk is an open-source ticket management tool for customer support teams. It helps you organize issue handling and resolve customer queries through a clean interface with a straightforward setup.
Separate portals serve agents and customers, so customers submit and track issues while agents work tickets in their own view. Customizable SLAs track response times, and assignment rules route tickets automatically by priority, issue type, or workload.
A built-in knowledge base publishes help articles with advanced search, so customers get relevant suggestions and resolve common questions on their own. Saved replies keep agent responses fast and consistent. The app runs on Frappe Framework and can be self-hosted or run on managed Frappe Cloud.
