About Docmost
Docmost is open-source collaborative wiki and documentation software for teams that need a shared place for knowledge bases and internal docs. It replaces Confluence and Notion with a secure on-premise wiki you can run yourself, and a managed cloud version is also available.
Teams can edit together in real time, organize content into spaces, and manage access with permissions and groups. Pages support comments, page history, search, file attachments, embeds such as Airtable, Loom, and Miro, and diagrams through Draw.io, Excalidraw, and Mermaid. The interface is available in more than 10 languages.
Docmost core is licensed under AGPL 3.0, with enterprise features available under a separate enterprise license. Security features include SSO, MFA, and granular permissions, and the platform targets ITAR, FedRAMP, and GDPR compliance needs.
