About Countly
Countly is a digital analytics and customer engagement platform for understanding user behavior across mobile, web, desktop, and connected devices. It keeps data on infrastructure you control, with on-premises or private-cloud deployment for teams that need full data ownership.
Countly collects sessions, views, events, and crash or error reports, then layers on push notifications, remote configuration, in-app ratings, dashboards, email reports, and alerts. It also includes Data Manager for planning events, a Compliance Hub for consent and data subject requests, user and permission management, read and write APIs, and a plugin-based architecture for customization.
The open Countly Lite edition is self-hosted and also has Docker support, with SDKs identical across all editions. The server is built on MongoDB, NodeJS, and Linux, and is licensed under AGPL-3.0 with a modified Section 7.
