About WeKan
WeKan is an open-source collaborative kanban board application for organizing personal tasks or team work. It is built to be installed on your own computer or server, so your board data can stay under your control instead of being tied to a hosted service.
Boards use lists to represent workflow stages such as To Do, Doing, and Done, and cards on those lists carry titles, descriptions, due dates, labels, comments, checklists, and attachments. Lists and cards can be customized with colors and custom fields, and changes appear in real time across users. It is built with Meteor and JavaScript, with Docker container images available.
WeKan is released under the MIT license and is customizable and privacy-focused, keeping board data on infrastructure you control. Self-hosting is a core deployment option, including Docker-based installs on your own computer or server.
