About Teedy
Teedy is an open source document management system for individuals and businesses. It is built to store, organize, search, and share documents in one place, with support for common office files and video files.
It includes optical character recognition, full text search with suggestions and highlighting, Dublin Core and custom metadata, file versioning, nesting tags, and a workflow system. It also adds LDAP authentication, 2-factor authentication, audit logs, comments, storage quotas, URL sharing, RESTful Web API access, and webhooks for external services.
Teedy ships with Android support and can be deployed with Docker. It stores files with 256-bit AES encryption and uses a PostgreSQL setup for production, while the embedded H2 database is for testing. The project is GPL licensed and provides a demo site and downloadable WAR package.
