Tauon Music Box is a desktop music player for managing and playing a music collection on your computer. It is designed to be powerful and streamlined, keeping playback responsive while putting you in control of your local music.

It supports gapless playback, drag-and-drop track import and playlist creation, most common codecs and tracker file types, and seamless CUE sheets. It can also stream from PLEX, Jellyfin, or Airsonic servers, show large album art with gallery browsing, download cover art, track play counts, and generate top charts.

One-click archive extraction imports downloaded music instantly. Desktop installers cover macOS and Windows, with Arch Linux packages, a Flathub build, portable Linux binaries, and a third-party AppImage.
