About Tasks.org
Tasks.org is an open source, privacy-friendly to-do list and reminder app for Android, with desktop builds in alpha and Pebble watch support. Its code descends from the open source Android app behind Astrid, the cross-platform task service that shut down in 2013.
Filters, tags, lists, infinite-depth subtasks, and manual sorting let it fit nearly any productivity system. It syncs over open protocols with Tasks.org, Google Tasks, DAVx5, CalDAV, EteSync, and DecSync CC, and the data stays readable in Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Reminders, and other compatible clients.
Privacy comes first: use it fully offline, self-host your own sync, or set up EteSync for end-to-end encryption. There are no ads and data is never shared. The interface is customizable and translated into many languages. Tasks.org is licensed under GPLv3 and run by Tasks.org, LLC.
