Odoo CRM

Odoo CRM is the web-based, open source CRM app within Odoo's suite of business applications. It tracks prospects and customers through the sales pipeline and can run on its own or alongside the rest of the suite.

The CRM integrates with other Odoo apps including Website Builder, eCommerce, Warehouse Management, Project Management, Billing and Accounting, Point of Sale, Human Resources, Marketing, and Manufacturing. Installing several apps together turns Odoo into a full ERP.

Odoo is built in Python and ships as web-based apps. The Community edition can be self-hosted with a standard installation, and Odoo also offers a hosted cloud service. CRM is one of the apps available through the platform.
