About Lowcoder

Lowcoder is an open-source low-code platform for building internal tools, customer-facing apps, websites, dashboards, and meeting or collaboration tools. It helps teams design interfaces, connect data, and share apps with colleagues or customers without relying on a proprietary low-code platform.

The visual builder includes 120+ components, responsive layouts, reusable modules, and a query library for reusable data queries. Apps can connect to PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, REST API, SMTP, and WebSocket sources. JavaScript can transform data and control components, and apps can embed natively in websites without an iframe.

Lowcoder runs as a cloud-hosted service or as a Docker-based self-hosted deployment. Self-hosting can run inside an internal company network, including behind a firewall. Lowcoder continues from the abandoned Openblocks project and supports extension through custom components and a plugin architecture.
