About Laudspeaker
Laudspeaker is an open source customer engagement, product onboarding, and adoption platform. It helps teams design event-triggered messaging flows for onboarding and re-engagement across push, email, SMS, webhooks, and more. It is an alternative to Braze, OneSignal, Customer.io, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Appcues, and Pendo.
Workflows are built in a visual journey builder. The segment builder targets users by attributes, completed actions, and previous campaign receipt and interaction. Journeys can include A/B tests, Liquid templating, and external API calls for personalization.
Laudspeaker is available as Laudspeaker Cloud, with a paid self-deployed enterprise plan for companies. The software is in Public Beta, described as stable enough for most non-enterprise use cases. The open source code is AGPL-3.0, with an Enterprise Edition license planned for the ee directory.
