ICTDialer

ICTDialer is an open-source, multi-user auto dialer for SMS, voice broadcasting, and fax broadcasting. It handles inbound and outbound communications in one interface, covering voice messages, outbound and inbound fax, fax DIDs and extensions, contacts, documents, user management, and providers or trunks.

It is built on FreeSWITCH, the ICTCore communications framework, and a PHP-based Angular front end. Supported telephony methods include T.38, G.711 pass-through, SIP-based VoIP, ATA fax support, and PSTN or SS7 fax origination and termination. Services include voice broadcasting campaigns, sending documents with multiple files, fax to email, extension support, and DIDs.

ICTDialer is developed by ICT Innovations and released under GPLv3. It is self-hosted; the available product and installation links point to ICTFax and related ICT Innovations pages.
