Fider is a feedback portal for feature requests and suggestions. It gives customers one place to tell a product team what they need, so teams can collect customer feedback and feature requests without guessing what to build next.

Users can submit ideas, suggestions, and feature requests, then vote on product direction. Fider brings that feedback into one place and helps prioritize requests based on customer input.

Fider is available as Fider Cloud, a fully managed service from the creators of Fider, or as a self-hosted install on your own servers and infrastructure. Self-hosting is free, with software updates and patches handled by the operator.
