About Drawing
Drawing is a simple image editor for Linux. It offers a Paint-like workflow for creating and adjusting pictures without the weight of a full graphics suite, making quick edits and sketches fast and approachable.
It opens and saves PNG, JPEG, and BMP files, and provides pencil, brushes, eraser, highlighter, line, and curve tools alongside text, shapes, and selections. You can crop, scale, rotate, and skew images, apply filters such as blur and color inversion, and pick colors directly from the canvas.
The interface is designed for the GNOME desktop and adapts to traditional-looking layouts and elementaryOS, as well as to Linux phones like the PinePhone and Librem 5. Drawing is free software under the GPL3 license.
