Visitor Management helps institutions replace paper logbooks with digital check-in. It records entry-in, entry-out, and visit timings so a site can track who entered and when, instead of guards keeping notebooks that are hard to reconcile. It targets campuses and similar facilities with steady visitor traffic.

It handles pre-registered and repeat visitors, visitor photo capture, badge printing, legal-document eSignature capture, and an appointment scheduler. Dashboards and reports cover employees, bookings, visitors, and booking details, alongside user roles, attendance, notifications, and email and SMS templates. Alerts can go out by email or SMS.

The app is built with Blazor and .NET 7.0 on a MudBlazor interface, backed by SQL Server, and ships with a docker-compose HTTPS setup. A live demo runs at visitor.blazorserver.com.
