UrBackup

UrBackup is a client-server network backup system. A central server backs up multiple client machines over the network, with separate client and server software you install on your own hardware.

Clients run on Windows, macOS, Linux, and FreeBSD. The server and client are distinct components, so backups for many machines are handled from one place rather than configured per device.

The code is split into backend and frontend repositories, written mainly in C and C++. UrBackup is open source under AGPL-3.0, and the project website hosts the wiki, forums, and issue tracker.
