About SEOnaut
SEOnaut is an open-source SEO auditing tool for analyzing websites for issues that can affect search engine rankings. It scans a site and generates a report that groups problems by severity and potential SEO impact, helping surface crawlability and technical SEO issues.
It detects broken links, redirect problems including temporary, permanent, and loop cases, missing or duplicate meta tags, and incorrectly ordered headings. Issues are categorized as critical, high, and low, and the interface includes an interactive dashboard.
SEOnaut is a web-based app built with Go and MySQL. A hosted version is available at seonaut.org, and the recommended deployment uses Docker and Docker Compose. It is open source under the MIT license.
