About Mempool
Mempool is a Bitcoin blockchain explorer and mempool visualizer with an accompanying API. It shows real-time transaction status, network statistics, and fee-market activity, and is the software behind the public mempool.space site.
It can be self-hosted on hardware you control, from one-click installs on Raspberry Pi full-node distributions to production deployments on a dedicated server. Installation paths include Docker images and manual setup, and it connects to your own Bitcoin and Electrum backends rather than a third party.
One-click installs are available through Umbrel, RaspiBlitz, RoninDojo, myNode, StartOS, and nix-bitcoin, making it straightforward to run a personal explorer alongside a full node.
