LimeSurvey

LimeSurvey is a free, open-source online survey platform for building questionnaires, polls, and forms. It is used by businesses, schools, governments, and other organizations that need flexible data collection without vendor lock-in.

It offers unlimited surveys and questions, 30+ question types, skip logic, and question branching. Surveys can be styled with custom templates, fonts, colors, logos, CSS, and JavaScript, and run in 80+ languages. Distribution options include closed access mode, public links, QR codes, and social sharing, with built-in statistics and data analysis. A RemoteControl API, plugins, and integrations such as SAML, LDAP, and REST round out the platform.

LimeSurvey is available as a hosted SaaS or as software you host yourself. It runs on PHP and common web servers, with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, or MSSQL for storage. It is licensed under GPL v2 or any later GPL version.
