About Homer

Homer is a simple static homepage for keeping your services on hand from a single YAML configuration file. It is a full static HTML and JavaScript dashboard served by any HTTP server, with no backend or database, and is built for low or no maintenance.

It includes smart cards that can show live status for supported services, fuzzy search, multiple pages, item grouping, theme customization, and keyboard shortcuts for searching and opening results. Configuration lives in a YAML file, mounted as a directory when running in Docker, and the page is installable as a PWA.

Homer ships prebuilt Docker images and a downloadable release archive, with environment variables for setting the port, a subfolder path, and disabling IPv6. Because the build is plain static files, it can also be served from a CDN or any static host.
