About Headwind MDM
Headwind MDM is a mobile device management platform for Android devices, designed for corporate app developers and IT managers. It provides a web control panel for managing Android phones and tablets, deploying apps, and viewing device information.
It supports enrollment to Android 7+ devices by scanning a QR code, work in application mode without enrollment, automatic app deployment through the web panel, device groups and configurations, device status, and centralized configuration of corporate applications. It can also manage device capabilities such as GPS, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth, control automatic OS update mode, collect application logs, and customize the mobile desktop and available apps.
The control panel is cross-platform and written in Java with Tomcat. Deployment can be cloud-based or self-hosted, and the website also describes an enterprise edition with kiosk mode, user function restrictions, and custom plugin development services.
