About Frappe HR
Frappe HR is a complete HRMS for employee management, onboarding, leaves, payroll, taxation, and more. It is built for teams that want to manage HR and payroll in one system instead of separate tools.
It covers employee lifecycle workflows such as promotions, transfers, and exit interviews. It also includes leave and attendance tracking with policies, regional holidays, geolocation check-in and check-out, expense claims and advances, performance management, and salary structures with income tax slabs and off-cycle payments. A mobile app lets users apply for and approve leaves, check in and out, and view employee profiles.
Frappe HR is built on Frappe Framework and Frappe UI. Managed hosting is available through Frappe Cloud, while development setup uses Docker. It is licensed under GPL-3.0-only.
