FewohBee

FewohBee is a property management system (PMS) for small to medium-sized pensions, hotels, guesthouses, and other accommodations. Small properties often manage rooms with pen and paper or spreadsheets, and the goal is to combine that information into one web tool to cut down day-to-day administration.

It offers a reservation overview, guest records with a GDPR export function, and settings for rooms, accommodations, prices, reservation origins, and templates. It generates PDF invoices, sends mails, reservation confirmations, and other messages to guests from inside the tool, and includes statistics, a registration book, a cash book for income and expenses, and iCal calendar export for other applications.

FewohBee is a PHP project built on Symfony, with German and English interfaces. It runs on a web server with a MySQL or MariaDB database, and a Docker Compose setup is available. It is a one-person project, developed in the author's free time since 2014.
