About Duplicati
Duplicati is a backup client that stores encrypted, incremental, compressed backups on cloud storage services and remote file servers. The first backup captures full contents; later runs upload only the changes to save bandwidth and storage.
All data is encrypted with AES-256 or GNU Privacy Guard before upload. Destinations include Amazon S3, Backblaze B2, IDrive e2, Box, Dropbox, MEGA, Google Cloud and Drive, Azure and OneDrive, Storj, OpenStack Swift, FTP, WebDAV, and SSH (SFTP). Backups cover folders, specific file types, or custom filters, with open or locked files handled via VSS on Windows and LVM on Linux.
A built-in scheduler keeps backups current and an integrated updater flags new releases. Duplicati runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux through a web-based application or a command-line tool, with GPG-signed releases.
