About DocuSeal

DocuSeal is an open source platform for creating PDF forms, filling them out online, and collecting digital signatures. Documents can be filled and signed on any device through a mobile-optimized web interface.

It includes a WYSIWYG PDF form fields builder with 12 field types, multiple submitters per document, automated SMTP emails, automatic PDF eSignature, and PDF signature verification. It also offers user management, an API with webhooks, and file storage on disk or in AWS S3, Google Storage, or Azure. The default database is SQLite, with PostgreSQL or MySQL as options.

DocuSeal can be deployed with Docker or Docker Compose, including a custom-domain setup, or used as a hosted cloud service. It is distributed under the AGPLv3 License with Section 7(b) additional terms, and Pro features add roles, reminders, SSO/SAML, and bulk send.
