About Concerto Platform
Concerto Platform is an open-source online adaptive testing platform for creating and delivering assessments. It is built for web-based testing workflows where questionnaires, item banks, and scoring need to be managed in one system.
It uses adaptive scoring algorithms based on item response theory and computerized adaptive testing, so item difficulty adjusts to each respondent. Tests are authored and delivered through the browser, with R available in the stack for scoring logic.
Concerto Platform is maintained by the Psychometrics Centre at the University of Cambridge under the Apache 2.0 license. It can be self-hosted, with a published Docker Hub image for deployment.
