About CapRover

CapRover is a self-hosted PaaS and web server manager for deploying applications and databases. It runs NodeJS, Python, PHP, ASP.NET, Ruby, Go, WordPress, and others, plus databases including MariaDB, MySQL, MongoDB, and Postgres, with no Docker or nginx knowledge required.

Under the hood it combines Docker Swarm for containerization and clustering, nginx for load balancing through a fully customizable template, Let's Encrypt for free HTTPS certificates, and NetData for monitoring. It is driven through a web GUI for everyday use and a CLI for automation and scripting.

There is no lock-in: remove CapRover and the apps it deployed keep running. It is free, open source, and maintained by a community of contributors.
