APITable

APITable is an open-source low-code platform for building collaborative apps around a visual database and spreadsheet interface. It is built for teams that need shared data entry, app-like workflows, and an API-first way to organize tables, forms, dashboards, and permissions.

It supports realtime collaboration, automatic forms, unlimited cross-table links, an API panel, and a Datasheet Query Language for SQL-like queries. Other built-in capabilities include 7 view types, row and column permissions, embed support, BI dashboards, and automation with integrations such as n8n and Zapier. The platform also includes widgets, custom column types, and automation actions.

APITable can be tried as a cloud-hosted version at aitable.ai, demoed online through Gitpod, or self-hosted with Docker and Docker Compose. It is maintained as an open-source project with enterprise features such as SAML, SSO, audit, database auto backup, data export, and watermark.
