68publishers Cookie Consent

68publishers Cookie Consent is a cookie-consent banner widget, built as an extended integration of orestbida/cookieconsent with Google Tag Manager support. It shows a consent dialog, records the visitor's choices, and ties those choices to tag firing and cookie handling on a site.

It provides a configurable GTM template, consent storage types standardized by Google, synchronization of consents across multiple storages, default translations, and WCAG 2 compliance. Cookie auto-clear strategies can delete or keep cookies based on the visitor's consent, and tags can be triggered on consent.

The package ships translations for multiple locales and can load translation files from URLs or local definitions. It is licensed under MIT and can be delivered from a CDN or self-hosted, and it can store consents through the 68publishers consent management platform (CMP).
